The 2020 Conference will focus on thematic legal developments lawyers should know and anticipate in navigating the impacts of decarbonisation across environmental, energy, resource, and infrastructure law. The Conference will include global and regional leaders to set the stage for what lawyers can expect as the world pursues climate change and decarbonisation policies, impacts on specific industrial sectors, and pragmatic advice for navigating both law practices and clients through this transformation.

  • Defining 'decarbonisation': impacts and solutions
  • Scientists, decision-makers and lawyers: a necessary long-term commitment
  • Energy justice and energy law: sustainable and affordable energy challenges in a climate change world
