Biography

Ben Bruton is a Partner in the litigation and investigations practice of Winston & Strawn LLP’s London office. He has over 20 years of experience acting on behalf of major corporate entities in both the public and private sector in high stakes disputes before arbitral tribunals and the courts. As well as in the UK, Ben has significant experience conducting litigation, arbitration and investigations in the Middle East, India, Pakistan, Africa and the US.
