Biography
I have been a construction lawyer since 1983. I was with the Australian law firm Minter Ellison for over 33 years, 27 as a partner. I left the firm at the end of 2016 and now undertake a number of activities on my own account. These activities include accepting appointments as Arbitrator, Independent Expert and Dispute Board Member. I am also hold the position of Enterprise Fellow in the Melbourne Law School, University of Melbourne.
