Biography

Silvia Tozzoli is a passionate employment lawyer since the beginning of her career, assisting clients in labour-focused transactions and insolvency procedures, as well as trade union law (also in consultations before the Ministry of Labour). She is often sought after as a reference point for delicate matters such as whistleblowing claims and investigations, workforce restructuring, agreements and compensation of senior executives. After a “summa cum laude” degree in law, she obtained a Ph.D. in Labour Law and Industrial Relations at the University of Pavia, and a LL.M. in Labour Law at the London School of Economics. She competed the QLTT route to qualify as a solicitor in England and Wales (not practicing/enrolled). She frequently speaks at national and international conferences and postgraduate courses, deploying her academic and research experience.
