Francisco Javier Peniche Beguerisse

Biography

Francisco Peniche Beguerisse is a Partner at Creel, García-Cuéllar, Aiza y Enríquez, S.C., where he heads the labor and employment law practice. Mr. Peniche advises clients on labor and employment matters, including but not limited to hiring, transfer and termination of executives, employment matters related to corporate transactions, major downsizings, reorganizations, and negotiation and execution of collective bargaining agreements. Francisco has been recognized as a leading attorney in employment and labor by Chambers and Partners Latin America since 2012. In 2020, he participated in the Open Parliament Forums held in both the Mexican Senate and the Chamber of Deputies for the discussion of the legislative reform on labor subcontracting.
