Mark Mangan

Biography

Mark Mangan is a leading arbitration practitioner based in Singapore who has appeared as counsel in over 50 cases across a range of sectors and subject to a wide variety of applicable laws. He has been counsel in several multi-billion-dollar commercial cases; a number of investment treaty arbitrations; and over 10 sports arbitrations. Mark has also been appointed as arbitrator on over 25 occasions (SIAC, ICC, HKIAC, LCIA, SCC and KCAB). He is an author of A Guide to the SIAC Arbitration Rules; author and editor of The Guide to Investment Treaty Protection and Enforcement; and over 40 articles and commentaries on arbitration. He has twice been highly commended in the FT Innovative Lawyer Awards Asia Pacific.
