Manuela De la Helguera

Biography

Manuela is a Lawyer at CAF - banco de desarrollo de América Latina. Her practice focuses on international dispute resolution, particularly in investor-state matters, commercial arbitration and sovereign representation. She also acts as arbitrator. She has experience on matters relating to oil and gas, construction, telecommunications, mining, infrastructure, and foreign investments. She has been actively involved in academia, lecturing international arbitration and coaching several teams for different International Moot Court Competitions.
