Biography

Oreste’s practice is focused on corporate and M&A, commercial contracts, corporate and commercial law, real estate and energy. He assists leading Italian and foreign companies on corporate and commercial law and has a significant experience in mergers, acquisitions and joint-ventures. Oreste also regularly assists companies in connection with their ordinary business, commercial, real estate, licensing, supply and franchising matters, movable and immovable properties leasing, know-how transfer agreements, and product liability matters. Admitted to the Italian Bar, University of Yale – American and International Law Summer Program, University of Genoa – Law Degree
