Partner in the Commercial Litigation group at Norton Rose Fulbright and assistant general counsel to the firm. Experienced litigator with substantial trial experience in US federal and state courts and in arbitration. Practice focuses on complex, high stakes business disputes, successfully representing US and international clients in matters involving media and technology, private civil antitrust, financial fraud, securities and intellectual property. Advises on risk issues in the blockchain/DeFi space. Created and authors the "Blockchain Law" column for the New York Law Journal.
