Partner at Pinhão e Koiffman Lawyers, a law firm specialized in Information Technology and Communications. Graduated both from University of São Paulo Law School and Electrical Engineering School. Expert in Information Technology Law and in New Technology Law. Organizer and coordinator of the “How To Understand IT Law in Brazil” brochure, produced the with American Chamber of Commerce for Brazil – AMCHAM, co-writer of the book “Law and Economical Aspects at Information Society” and other articles on technology law. Member of the Science and Technology Commission of São Paulo Bar Association and consultant on information technology and telecommunications legislation for more than 20 years.
