Biography

Shuva Mandal is the Chairman and Managing Partner of Fox Mandal & Associates, a distinguished law firm that traces its origins to 1896 when it was founded by his great-grandfather Mr. S.K. Mandal and Mr. G.C. Mandal. With extensive experience in advising both domestic and international clients, Shuva is known for providing strategic, business-oriented legal counsel that combines practical insight with commercial acumen. He specializes in Corporate and Commercial Law, with a focus on inbound investments into India, including entry strategies, corporate governance, mergers & acquisitions, and joint ventures. His expertise also spans private equity and securities transactions, as well as private client advisory matters.
