Biography

Eric focuses on advising private investment funds, investment advisers, family offices, commodity pool operators and commodity trading advisers on regulatory and strategic issues. Eric has been named a Leading Lawyer for Investment Funds: Hedge Funds by the IFLR1000 – The Guide to the World’s Leading Financial Law Firms. He is a member of the MFA and the Texas Hedge Fund Association, and previously served as a member of the Private Investment Funds Committee of the New York City Bar Association. Eric received a J.D. from New York University School of Law, and a B.S. from Cornell University.
