Biography

Elena Úbeda joined Uría Menéndez in 1990 and she is a partner of the firm since 2003. She focuses on corporate and commercial law, in particular in the acquisition, merger and restructuring of companies, Joint Venture and Investments and disinvestments in all its forms through national an international structures. She has over 25 years of experience advising French and Belgian companies on their investments in Spain, providing them with day-to-day on legal advice on transactional, contractual, commercial, company law, etc. She is specialized in particular in the advice of group of multinationals in the food and retail sectors, as well as in other traditional industrial fields.
