Alexander Zharskiy

Biography

Alexander Zharskiy is a partner with ALRUD, heading corporate, corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions and private equity work. Alexander joined ALRUD in 2004 and has been a partner since 2007. He has extensive experience in in-bound and cross-border transactions in a variety of sectors: TMT, energy and power, real estate, consumer markets, pharmaceuticals and general industry.
