Joined Kambourov & Partners, attorneys at law in 2004. Sofia University graduate (LLM 2005) and holds a graduate diploma in Corporate, Securities and Finance Law with the University of Sydney (2009). Specializes in Corporate and M&A. Veronika Hadjieva's practice is focused on large-scaled, local and cross border mergers and acquisitions, corporate reorganizations and restructurings, shareholders' agreements and joint ventures as well as on comprehensive general advice including choice of company type, incorporation, taxation, corporate management and control, regulatory compliance.
