Biography

Maryna Ilchuk is Head of Public Private Partnership, Energy, Oil & Gas, and Infrastructure departments at Arzinger. Maryna provides legal services to energy companies on various legal issues related to the regulation of energy supply, prices, power line construction, delivery, transit and export of energy. Also, Maryna advises Ukrainian and foreign companies operating in the area of Oil & Gas on a broad scope of issues. Maryna advises foreign and Ukrainian clients on issues of applying Ukrainian laws when entering the Ukrainian energy market. Maryna has substantial experience of supporting transactions for investors purchasing companies generating energy from renewables.
