Biography

Timur Bondaryev is an Attorney-at-law, Managing partner and Head of Antitrust & Competition and Property & Construction at Arzinger. According to the number of reputable legal rankings Timur Bondaryev is a highly respected legal practitioner in Antitrust & Competition enjoying an excellent reputation in the local and international market. His transactional experience includes work on a number of the most complex and high value deals in Antitrust & Competition. He has a solid experience in competition disputes, covering concerted practices, abuse of dominance, unfair competition as well as assistance with merger clearance and competition compliance. He has extensive experience in working at state authorities and major corporations. Prior to founding ARZINGER he was Head of Division in the Legal Department at the State Property Fund of Ukraine and Head of the Legal Department at Ukrainian Aluminium, a subsidiary of Russian Aluminium Company.
