Biography

George is a M&A and private equity partner with Stephenson Harwood's Singapore office. He is admitted to practice in New York and India. George has considerable experience in key markets in South East Asia and South Asia - particularly in Indonesia, Singapore and India. He has also worked on numerous transactions in the Philippines, Myanmar, Cambodia, Thailand, Malaysia and Korea. George has represented multinationals, private equity investors, leading local corporates and state owned enterprises in a range of transactions in these markets in sectors including plantations, healthcare, infrastructure, mining, oil & gas, petrochemicals, financial services and consumer goods. He has also advised on complex restructurings and workouts.
