Biography

After 36 years in private practice and partnerships in three international law firms, Peter joined HM Treasury (the UK's finance and economics ministry) as Legal Director in December 2017. He leads a team of approximately 60 lawyers which advises HM Treasury on all aspects of its work, including managing public money, financial services regulation, financial stability, sanctions and money-laundering.
