Biography

Ms. Biser is a member of Fox Rothschild's Construction and Infrastructure group and has been recognized by Chambers USA “Leaders in their Field” as one of the nation’s leading construction law attorneys for the last five years. She represents owners, contractors, developers, architects, and engineers, both in the U.S. and abroad, in all stages of the construction process, from contract drafting, negotiation, and administration to dispute resolution and litigation. Ms. Biser focuses her practice primarily on large, capital intensive construction projects. She has particular expertise in drafting and negotiating contracts for complex and unique infrastructure projects, and well as in litigating disputes involving such projects.
