Ulrich Zschunke

Biography

Ulrich Zschunke is a partner with ZSCHUNKE Avocats / Rechtsanwälte Paris-Berlin. He is a member of the Paris and Berlin bar. Ulrich started his career as corporate counsel in France with an international civil engineering and construction company, particularly in charge of legal assistance for construction projects. He has since then been active in the construction industry working on various major projects, e.g. dams, bridges, tunnels, airports, refineries and metro/railroads. He frequently acts as counsel or arbitrator in disputes under ICC, Swiss rules, VIAC, DIS, NAI, FOSFA and CMAP related to such projects, but also in the field of international sales of goods and disputes related to post M&A. Since 1998 he is also a trained mediator.
