Biography

Monty Raphael is the UK’s most experienced white-collar crime lawyer. Specialising in corruption, tax delinquency, money laundering and FCA regulatory matters, he is widely regarded as the “doyen” of the UK's fraud lawyers, and was described as an "industry legend" with "almost mythic status" in the Legal 500. In Who's Who Legal he is recognised as "one of the forefathers of UK white-collar criminal law".
