Description

Happy Birthday! This year marks the 40th anniversary of an amazing law, the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA). This session will take stock of a US national law that has inspired international treaties, ignited a global revolution of anti-corruption legislation, instigated local outrage against corrupt governments and empowered local populations to speak out against the status quo. Engaging the audience in a collaborative conversation, the session will discuss some of the current challenges to anti-corruption efforts and end with suggestions for keeping up the momentum of progress for future generations.
