Biography

Mr. Gang Xu is Associate General Counsel of The Hershey Company in support of its International Commercial and GSS functions. Before joining The Hershey Company in 2013, Gang served as the General Counsel and Vice President of McDonald's (China) Co. Ltd., the Legal Director and Associate General Counsel of Walmart (China) Investment Co., Ltd., and a corporate and project finance attorney practiced in the US (New York City and Washington DC) and Asia (Hong Kong, Beijing, Shanghai and Shenzhen) with Morrison & Foerster LLP, Freshfields Bruckhouse Deringer, Bracewell LLP and Debevoise & Plimpton LLP. Gang was one of the lead international counsels advising BOCOG on the 2008 Beijing Olympics and Paralympics from 2002 to 2009.
