In light of the increase in M&A activities within Asia, this panel will discuss M&A between the Far East (Greater China, South Korea, and Japan) and South Asia (India, Sri Lanka and Bangladesh). It will also examine regional differences in the legal systems and the general corporate cultures related to M&A.
