Biography

Helen Croke is a partner in the private equity transactions group in Ropes & Gray’s London office. Helen has established herself as one of the leading private equity lawyers in the London market and specialises in UK and international private equity and M&A, including acting for institutional investors, corporates and founders, often with a focus on investments in the technology sector. She is highly ranked by both Chambers UK and The Legal 500 and was named in The Lawyer’s “Hot 100” in 2011. Helen’s legal experience spans over 18 years and prior to joining Ropes & Gray, she was a partner at Travers Smith, the firm where she trained and subsequently became a partner in 2008.
