Biography

Miao (Echo) is one of the few private wealth management practitioners in the mainland who has business savvy, tax experience and international exposure in addition her Chinese law capacity. Rooted in China, she has in-depth understanding about the challenges that Chinese entrepreneurs and their family may face towards wealth preservation, tax planning, business succession and international expansion. Although leading a team of tenacious litigators, she is a strong advocate for mediation. Echo has made tremendous contribution to educate the mainland wealth management community on Chinese tax reform, private trust, estate planning, CRS and FATCA regime over the past years by delivering 200+ lectures, publishing 100+ articles.
