Ronald Josef Meissner

Biography

Ronald Meißner advises entrepreneurs, German and multi-national corporations and financial investors on national and cross-border M&A transactions and joint venture projects, as well as on the optimisation of group structures, corporate restructurings and reorganisations and on general corporate law. A particular focus of his practice is advising companies in the automotive industry on transactions, joint ventures as well as co-operations for development or distribution. Ronald is a partner at the Frankfurt Office of Oppenhoff & Partner. Prior to joining the firm, he worked with for a Magic Circle frim in New York, Cologne and Brussels. Ronald studied at the universities of Regensburg and Tulane and is admitted in Germany and New York.
