Biography

Gabriella Covino specializes in private M&A, corporate and commercial law, joint ventures and she is Head of the Restructuring area of the Firm. She has a broad experience in restructuring and turnaround matters, advising companies and funds mainly in the distressed M&A transactions. She graduated in Law maxima cum laude from the University LUISS Guido Carli of Rome and holds a Master of Comparative Jurisprudence from New York University School of Law. She is member of the Italian Bar as well as of the New York State Bar. In 2012 she received the award “Professional of the Year” at the Top Legal Awards “for having managed complex and multifaceted cases, of great strategic importance for the market”.
