Biography

Graham undertakes a broad range of corporate work including public takeovers, private acquisitions and disposals, joint ventures and public equity offerings. A substantial part of his practice is cross-border. Graham has been listed twice in the Lawyer’s “Hot 100” (2009 and 2014). He is also a rated individual in both Legal 500 and Chambers and Partners. Graham chairs the firm’s International Committee.
