Biography

Carlo Majer specializes in advising national and international clients on various employment matters including industrial relations, restructuring, re-organizations of workforce and transfer of business. Moreover, he represents employers in a wide range of employment related litigation in all courts, including the Italian Supreme Court, and before several administrative agencies, including the Ministry of Labour.
