Caroline Andre-Hesse

Biography

Caroline André-Hesse, head of the employment law practice, advises her clients, French and international companies, both in advice and litigation, in all aspects of employment and social security law. True partner to her clients, she assists them on their ongoing business transactions and in more complex situations with respect to individual relations (dismissal proceedings, secondment / expatriation, management packages, …) and collective ones (acquisition audits, collective negotiations, collective dismissals, etc.). She has more specifically developed a cutting edge expertise regarding employment law issues raised within the frame of M&A and group restructurings, collective negotiations and redundancy plans . Her clients belong to various fields of activity, but Caroline has a over the time acquired a recognised expertise in the technology and automotive industries and in the fashion, retail and luxury sector, Caroline is a regular writer for various publications both BtoB and BtoC (The Lawyer, Entreprise & Carrières, Les Echos, Le Figaro, Revue Personnel, Revue Lamy Social, etc.). Before joining AyacheSalama to set up the employment law department, Caroline did work during more than 15 years in French and international renowned law firms, and as a partner over the past 7 years.
