Todd Solomon

Biography

Todd Solomon is a the global practice group leader of the employee benefits practice group of McDermott Will & Emery LLP, and he is based in McDermott’s Chicago office. Todd focuses his practice on executive compensation and retirement plan matters. He also counsels corporations and tax-exempt entities regarding fiduciary and plan investment issues under ERISA and employee benefits issues involved in corporate transactions. Todd is a frequent speaker on employee benefits issues and is the author of The Guide to Benefits for Domestic Partners and Same-Sex Couples.
