Biography

Aoife is an experienced practitioner in the area of employment related disputes involving senior executives and pension and employee benefit related disputes. Aoife regularly assists clients in developing risk management strategies in respect of employment and litigation issues. She also provides ongoing support to a range of domestic and multinational clients on non-contentious employment law matters. Her approach is to provide practical advice and solutions that work for clients. Aoife also has considerable experience in commercial litigation and dispute resolution to include contractual disputes, commercial disputes and professional negligence claims defending solicitors, architects and engineers.
