Biography

Alessandra Ferroni specialises in labour law and industrial relations, in complex company restructuring and reorganization, in the outsourcing processes, top management remuneration. She regularly assist clients in Labour Courts. She is member of AGI (the Italian Employment Lawyers’ Association) and EELA (the European Employment Lawyers Association). Alessandra graduated in Law from the University of Milan and wrote her thesis on labour rights, and before joining the firm, she worked in London in the Employment Law Department of an international law firm (Simmons&Simmons). She gained an LL.M. in “Human Resources Communication” from Istituto Superiore di Comunicazione. She is a member of the Italian Bar. She speaks Italian and English
