Biography

Paula Hogéus is heading EY Law’s global Labor & Employment Law practice comprising 300 employment lawyers in approximately 50 jurisdictions. She is based in Stockholm, Sweden. Paula is a corporate employment law specialist with more than 15 years of experience supporting employers in a wide range of corporate and employment law matters, such as transfer of undertakings, post transfer integration processes, workforce restructurings and the use of contingent workforce. Such transactions and reorganizations often have an international context and comprise cross-border aspects. Paula is a frequent speaker on international labor and employment topics, most recently as regards the #MeToo-movement.
