Biography

François Berbinau is a French attorney based in Paris. He also holds a LL.M. from the University of Chicago School of Law and is registered to practice in New York. After working in the litigation and arbitration department of Cleary, Gottlieb, Steen & Hamilton LLP in New York and Paris, he became a partner at BFPL Avocats. He has extensive experience in the settlement of individual and collective labor claims, including in international settings. He provides legal advice to employers but also senior executives and managers during negotiations of employment agreements and/or corporate mandates or their termination. He represents his French and foreign clients before French civil and criminal courts on labor and employment related matters.
