Biography

Partner, Head of the Global Telecoms Practice Pinsent Masons LLP Diane is a dual-qualified French lawyer and UK Solicitor, heading the international telecom practice. She started her career in Singapore in 1994 and has worked in Asia, Europe, Africa and Middle East. She specialises in and has extensive experience advising a wide range of clients in the telecommunications and technology sectors (including IT, the digital economy and e-commerce and Healthcare). In particular, Diane specialises in complex multi-discipline, cross-border transactions which have earned her the reputation as an expert in this field. Her clients seek her advice notably on entry into new markets (whether they are emerging countries or challenging /post-war jurisdictions), cross border telecoms and IT transactions, digital transformation projects in a number of highly regulated areas such as Healthcare.
