Salla Suominen, Attorney-at-Law Partner at Avance Attorneys Ltd Introduction Salla advises domestic and foreign clients in various complex corporate and commercial disputes and has more than 15 years of experience in litigation with a special focus on matters related to director liability. In addition, Salla has extensive experience in matters relating to economic distress, and highly regarded practical understanding of Finnish insolvency proceedings, as she has advised both Finnish and international clients in large and complex insolvency related cases and proceedings. Salla has also acted herself as the administrator in corporate restructuring and bankruptcy proceedings. Salla is a member of the Finnish Bar.
