Biography

A graduate of ESSEC, DJCE holder and member of the Hauts-de-Seine Bar since 1995, Christine Blaise-Engel joined FIDAL in 2002 after a seven-year experience (1995-2002) with Arthur Andersen International. Renowned for its activity in mergers and acquisitions, particularly in cross-border transactions, Christine is at the head of the M & A activity within the Paris Regional Office. She is also a member of its coordination and development committee and of the international committee responsible for structuring and supervising the development of the firm's international activity.
