She advises a number of Danish and foreign companies on all M&A, capital markets and company law matters. Since 1997, Lise Lotte has led a large number (+100) of private and public M&A transactions, including cross-border purchases and sales of companies, mergers and demergers of listed companies, listings and delistings, take-over bids, structured auction processes and investments in Danish and foreign companies. Further, she has a unique experience in privatisations, especially of airports, energy companies and other utilities, and in worldwide group restructurings. Internationally, Lise Lotte is the Treasurer of IBA’s Women Lawyer’s Interest Group and a member of IBA’s Diversity Council. Further, Lise Lotte is an Officer of ABA’s International M&A and Joint Venture Committee and is regularly speaking on M&A topics on international conferences. Lise Lotte was awarded the Women in Law Awards 2017 in acknowledgement of her outstanding legal expertise and contribution within the practice area of Corporate Governance.
