Andreas Kloyer

Biography

Dr. Andreas Kloyer was born in 1963. After studying law in Passau and Munich and receiving his doctorate from the University of Kiel, Dr. Kloyer worked for several renowned international law firms in Munich and Frankfurt. Dr. Kloyer is partner with Luther since 2012. He advises international Private Equity as well as strategic investors on complex cross-border and domestic M&A and financing transactions. He is a visit-ing lecturer for German and European corporate law and banking and capital markets laws at the Universi-ty of Augsburg. He holds seats on the supervisory boards of several stock corporations and is a member of several international commercial law associations and business circles.
