Biography

In private practice since 1985, Christian is a partner in the firm since 1992. He advises and represents the firm’s national and international clients who are located in Germany in corporate, M&A, IP and antitrust matters.? As founder and first chair of Buse’s Corporate/M&A Practice Group he coordinated the firm's nationwide activities in this core area of its business for many years. Christian is recommended for Corporate Law and for EU and Competition Law by the European Legal Experts’ Handbook. He works in Düsseldorf, chairs the firm’s Japan Desk and represents Buse Heberer Fromm in Brussels.
