Dinka Kovacevic

Biography

Dinka Kovacevic is founding partner of Croatian Law Firm Kovacevic Prpic Simeunovic. She has practiced law since 2000. After graduating, in 2000/2001 she finished postgraduate studies in International Commercial Law at University of Cambridge, UK and from 2001 she holds an LL.M degree. She participated in numerous transactions, including privatisation of banks and M&A projects. Dinka managed legal due diligence teams and participated in investment projects in various industries, such as telecoms, banks, media, insurance, agriculture, gaming, hotel industry and infrastructure. She was engaged in a variety of energy projects and advised national and foreign clients on Croatian energy market issues. In addition to her practical work, Dinka publishes articles and speaks at conferences. Dinka is the Honorary Legal Advisor of the British Ambassador in Croatia since 2013.
