Biography

GÖRG Partnerschaft von Rechtsanwälten mbB Dr Christian Becker has been a partner at GÖRG Partnerschaft von Rechtsanwälten mbB since 2008. He is an expert on M&A transactions, corporate law and capital market law and has advised on various transactions involving both listed and non-listed companies. Christian Becker specializes furthermore in the restructuring of corporate bonds. He received his admission as attorney in 1999 and has since worked for i.a. Linklaters (Munich and London offices) and HRO before joining GÖRG.
