Biography

Tim is a member of Burges Salmon LLP's Corporate Group and sits on the firm's International Sub-Committee. He specialises in advising entrepreneurs, growth companies, management teams, institutions and investee companies on development capital and private equity transactions, refinancings and exit events as well as advising on domestic and cross border mergers and acquisitions.
