Myriam Schilling

Biography

Myriam Schilling is a partner at Oppenhoff & Partner. She is specialised in advising German and foreign clients on national and cross-border M&A transactions and joint venture projects. She also regularly assists international enter-prises on group restructurings, reorganisation measures and other general questions of cor-porate law. She has particular expertise in the information technology and industrial sector. From 2005 to 2009 she was an associate at Allen & Overy LLP in Frankfurt and Düssel-dorf. She studied law at the Universities of Trier and Bonn. During her legal training Myri-am inter alia worked at Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer and Siemens AG.
