Biography

Dragana Radojevic is the head of M&A legal team for BNP Paribas Personal Finance, a BNP Paribas group affiliate specialising in consumer finance. She leads a team of lawyers who deal with all BNPP PF cross-border transaction, including acquisitions, investments, strategic alliances, partnerships, joint-ventures and divestitures. Prior to joining BNPP PF, she was attorney in law firms in Paris (Orrick) and counsel in international companies in Paris (Cisco Systems) and Geneva (DuPont de Nemours). Besides, transaction work in banking and financial services, she has strong experience in start-up and fintech investments.
