He advises national and foreign companies and investors both in the day to day business and in mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures and private equity transactions. He is also developed a significant expertise in the area of the corporate compliance and in the administrative/criminal liability of the legal entities pursuant to Legislative Decree June 8th, 2001 no. 231. He also deals with domestic and international commercial transactions in the energy and public services sectors. He is also active in civil litigation as well as in domestic and international arbitration proceedings. Education He obtained his Law Degree at the University of Pavia (1993). He attended the Academy of American and International Law, International and Comparative Law Center, of The Southwestern Legal Foundation, Dallas, U.S.A. (1998). In 1999 he obtained a Postgraduate Master in Domestic and International Tax Law at University L. Bocconi, Milan. He is author of studies and articles on electricity and gas regulation Memberships He is member of the Bar of Milan.
