Biography

Natalia started her professional career as a J.D. at a prestigious firm in Bogota, Colombia where she worked at the Regulatory Department between 1990 and 1999, being in charge of the prosecution of health registrations before INVIMA for food, cosmetics, hygiene and pharmaceutical products. In 2000, Natalia was named Deputy Director of Licensing and Registrations at INVIMA where she implemented automatic registrations for food, cosmetic, hygine and cleaning products. She also participated as a negotiator before the Andean Community and as an advisor to the Colombian government in the negotiations for the armonisation of norms relating to cosmetics, resulting in the harmonisation forthisc products in the region.
